The Institute acts as a space to test, model, and scale successful practices in public diplomacy, human rights monitoring, reporting and documentation, and institution-building for cross-regional implementation.
At the same time, we synthesize global best practices in public diplomacy, contextualizing them for the local level.
The Institute is open to cooperation and is happy to offer its expertise to all stakeholders in the form of consulting training, or research.

Institut de diplomatie publique does not carry out its own original research- this work is carried out on a voluntary basis by members of the institute. However, can be said the Institute stimulates research in public diplomacy science by preparing comprehensive assessment reports reviewing the latest public diplomacy science, as well as a number of special reports on particular topics. These reports are prepared by teams of relevant researchers – members of the Institute.

Most of our members conduct independent multidisciplinary evidence-based research in the field of public diplomacy, with a particular focus on countries with limited economic resources, and, based on that research, the Institute provides practical recommendations that advance the goal to secure a more open and safe international system.

Through our balanced public diplomacy programs and publications, the Institute encourages citizens to participate in the cultural and policy process.

We support objective research, analysis, and reports, as well as organizing international conferences on salient issues in international relations, global economy, culture, and human rights.

We develop and support innovative approaches to international relations, such as our concept of Public Diplomacy.

Most existing concepts define Public Diplomacy as a set of techniques, methods, and practical measures developed, and implemented, by external relations bodies, and/or other authorized State bodies, supporting the main Diplomatic activities of the State, by broadcasting samples of national culture to a foreign audience.

Institute is developing its own Concept of Public Diplomacy.

Goals

The Institut intends to achieve the mentioned objectives and get international visibility by interacting with public and private organisms from all parts of the world.

Besides promoting the dissemination of knowledge in the field of public diplomacy, we also cooperate with organizations that work for the improvement of the quality of life for people affected by poverty, hunger, disease, and illiteracy.
Our goals:

To promote a sound and inclusive multi-stakeholder dialogue to design and deploy PUBLIC DIPLOMACY ECOSYSTEM, through partnerships among the scientific community, policymakers, NGOs, the private sector, and civil society.

To foster international cooperation, and showcase our scientific strengths to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through public diplomacy.
To position the Institute as an influential non-state actor in the field of public diplomacy and inclusive policy.
